Our pricing is indicative of the extent
and quality of work that White Tent Events provides our clients;
in addition we try to provide the most appropriate choices,
fees and special discounts for our clients based on the services
needed. Note that the price is subject to change based on
the degree of difficulty in execution of the event and location.
All of our packages (with the exception of the Sidestones
option) will include unlimited week and day of staffing, supervision
and consultation. All initial consultations will include a
budget analysis. Also, any additional services that you may
need from our staff can be added to any package at a “fee-per-hour”
